Together, Beth and Ken have 20 years experience as Realtors® in New Hampshire. Upon joining the Bean Group in 2006, they combined their professional practice to better serve their clients. Beth has a terrific eye for pricing and how to best market a property, while Ken's legal and business experience provide the background to "close the deal." This team approach ensures that they are able to offer extraordinary customer service; and that each client receives the immediate attention necessary to satisfy his or her real estate needs.

Ken brings his extensive management experience and high level of energy to the real estate profession at Bean Group where he focuses on residential sales and property development, in addition to commercial sales.
Ken was graduated from Boston College Law School in 1981, and focused his law practice on real estate, representing developers, as well as buyers and sellers from offer to conveyance. He was the Executive Director of a 25-attorney law firm in Boston from 1990-1999, before assuming a similar position with a well-respected law firm in Exeter, NH. He served on the Carlisle, MA planning board, from 1989-1994, chairing the Board in his last year. In addition, before attending law school, he worked for many years in his family''s New York property management business.
Ken is a licensed Real Estate Broker for the states of New Hampshire and Maine, and is a member of the York ME, Realtors® Association. He looks forward to combining his legal experience with his real estate interests to provide his clients with extraordinary service in meeting their needs.
Ken and his wife Katie live on Great Bay in Newmarket, where they are Stewards of Great Bay, and are involved in Bay-related conservation efforts.

Beth grew up in the South Shore Boston area. She moved to the New Hampshire seacoast in 1986 when she and her husband purchased a home in Durham. Beth has four sons, Ben, Matt, Greg, and Jeff who are all active in local and regional sports. She has been involved in the local and private schools of the area and is actively involved in her local church.
Beth received her B.A. in sociology in 1980. She then continued to pursue her MBA while working in the Boston area involved in small business lending and commercial leasing. She takes her love for real estate and combines it with her business background and knowledge of the seacoast area to provide excellent service to her clients.
